Megan Gardner is an Associate at Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP. Her practice is focused in construction and real estate litigation and transactions.
Ms. Gardner’s clients include general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, commercial real estate developers and real property owners. She represents clients in connection with a broad range of legal issues related to construction and real property disputes, including, among other things, contract disputes, defect and delay claims, commercial disputes, and mechanic’s lien claims. Ms. Gardner is experienced in representing clients at construction arbitrations and mediations, especially before the American Arbitration Association, as well as administrative hearings, and arguing motions in court.
Ms. Gardner also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, and contracts relating to the development of commercial and residential properties, including access and license agreements.

Ms. Gardner is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. from American University. Ms. Gardner serves on the Board of Directors for Lake Ridge Academy, an independent, private K-12 school in Northeastern Ohio, and is also a member of their Alumni Council.
